Andrew’s mining career spans over 30 years. During his career, he has worked in numerous countries across a wide variety of deposit styles, settings and commodities. Within this time, Andrew has gained a diverse range of experience in most aspects of open pit production and resource definition environments.
His expertise includes project start-up, grade control reviews and audits, training and mentoring, ore loss and dilution minimisation, grade control and mine production systems development, project management, prospectivity reviews and resource definition management, reviews and resource definition management, reviews and audits.
Andrew’s consulting experience has included several projects where he has ‘embedded’ himself into Mine Geology teams, providing training and mentoring and subsequently enabling the members of the teams to provide substantial economic benefits to their operations.
